1. Warranty Coverage

All clothing items purchased from Orqentren are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty stitching or workmanship
  • Defective buttons, zippers, or closures under normal use
  • Fabric defects that affect the functionality or appearance of the garment
  • Items received with production-related damage

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
  • Shrinkage, fading, or color transfer resulting from incorrect garment care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or neglect
  • Unauthorized alterations, tailoring, repairs, or modifications
  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect

4. Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, Orqentren may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement item
  • Issue a partial or full refund
  • Offer store credit or an alternative resolution where appropriate

5. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If a replacement, refund, or store credit is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Orqentren. The warranty does not extend beyond the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
